6 Years of Wander

Vietnam Lotus 2026 is still with us.

Seventy people. Two weeks. The kind of trip that takes a few weeks to shake off — not because it was hard, but because it was real. That's what we build. Not only itineraries. A travel family.

Myanmar II followed almost immediately, with 19 epic travelers. Those of you that were on both, know what we mean.

Six years ago, in October 2020, we went to Afghanistan.

No brand. No track record. Just a bet that there were people out there who wanted to travel differently: seriously, deeply, to places most people only read about. That bet paid off. It became Wander Expeditions.

Since then: 110+ countries, hundreds of expeditions, and a community we didn't plan but couldn't do without.

Year six deserves a proper celebration. So we found the only occasion that matched the weight of it.

October 30 – November 6. Mexico. Día de los Muertos.

A festival built around the idea that the people and moments that shaped you don't disappear: you carry them forward. That's exactly what this anniversary is.

Colonial cities, Mayan ruins, jungle, food, and one of the world's great local festivals unfolding around you in real time. Two Mexican Expedition Leaders from our own ranks. Alvaro on the ground as a participant. Exclusive anniversary merch made for this trip only.

This Expedition runs once. It won't be repeated.

Come celebrate six years with us.
